Masters Swim Club
VV Masters Swim Group is a great way to improve your fitness, meet new people, have fun and socialize. We offer an organized practice three times a week. There is a suggested workout set posted with different levels for varying abilities. While there is no coach on deck, workouts are explained by Steve Davenport or assistant coach.
All levels of swimmers are welcome and we divide the lanes according to intensity. Expect some stroke drills during warm-up as well as some informal help with strokes. On occasion we have fun relay races.
