Synchro Team

2024 Registration Info

Registration must be completed and payment submitted online before any child may participate in any team activity. New swimmers and divers may observe a practice before registering but may not otherwise participate before registration and payment are complete. There are no refunds once the first meet of the season for a given team starts. Fees will not be pro-rated. No exceptions.

Fees for participation in each team cover the cost of coaches and associated programming fees.

Synchro Team

Preseason Practices

Preseason after school practices for all teams will begin on Wednesday, May 15, and regular morning practices will start on Monday, June 3. Attendance at pre-season practice is strongly encouraged, but not required.

Synchro Team After School Practice

  • Novices (new to synchro or 9 years and younger): 5:15-6:00 pm
  • Intermediates (10 years and up): 5:45-7:00 pm
  • No practices on Memorial Day.

Regular Season Practices

Beginning Monday, June 3, we will switch to our morning practice schedule as follows.

Monday-Thursday Morning Practice Schedule*

  • Novice** 8:30-9:30 am
  • 10-11: 9:30-11:00am
  • 12-13: 9:00-10:30 am
  • 14-15: 8:30-10:30 am
  • 16-19: 9:00-11:00 am

*Friday and evening practices will always be noted separately in the regular upcoming dates section
**9-10 Novices who do swim team: 8:30 – 9:00 and 10:00 – 10:30 a.m.
