Virginia Vale Swim Club employs roughly 65 people. Our types of employment include but are not limited to: lifeguards, managers, maintenance workers, snack shack employees, swim/dive/synchro coaches, lesson instructors, guest relations/front desk employees, and more.

• We accept applications from January 1st until February 7th and make final hiring decisions by the first week of March.
• All hiring decisions are at the discretion of board and management.
• If you are a returning employee, do not fill this application out. Instead, please check your email for an “Intent to Return” form from the General Manager.
